Mesa Park Parking Lot – Rental Fee Schedule & Conditions
Park remains open to the public at all times — no exclusive closures.
General Information
Total Lot Capacity: 100 vehicles maximum
Public Access Requirement: 10–20 spaces must remain open for public use at all times
Hours of Use: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Overnight Parking: Not permitted. Vehicles left overnight may be towed at renter’s expense
Parking Attendant: Required for all rentals. Renter must provide an attendant to manage parking, maintain the public-access buffer, and ensure safe traffic flow
Public Use: The park and lot must remain open to the public at all times
Fee Tiers
Tier 1 – Local Community / Nonprofit Event
Small local gatherings with minimal setup (under 100 attendees). Shared public access required.
Renter provides parking attendant(s) and is responsible for cleanup and trash removal.
Typical Users: Local nonprofits, community groups
Fee: $250 – $500 per day
Tier 1 fees may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your event needs and any considerations for park use.
Tier 2 – Private / Medium Event
Medium events (100–250 attendees) using the lot for guests, vendors, or event staff.
Must maintain 10–20 open public parking spaces. Renter provides parking attendant and signage.
Typical Users: Private parties, big groups, schools
Fee: $500 – $1,000 per day
Tier 3 – Large Organization / Contractor Use
Contractor, institutional, or commercial uses (e.g., commercial work, film production, major staging).
Public access must be maintained. Heavy-impact users may require a higher deposit or staff oversight. Vehicles must be cleared nightly.
Typical Users: Contractors, commercial vendors
Fee: $2,500 – $5,000 per use
Standard Conditions
Deposit: Refundable $500 or 20% of total rental, whichever is greater
Insurance:
$1 million general liability minimum for community/private use
$2 million general liability minimum for contractor or commercial users
Firehouse Community Park Agency (Mesa Park) must be named as Additional Insured
Cleanup: Renter is responsible for all cleanup and waste removal; deposit may be withheld if incomplete
Damage Responsibility: Renter is liable for any damage to the lot, landscaping, or facilities
Public Safety: Emergency lanes must remain clear at all times; parking attendant enforces compliance
Vehicle Limit: No more than 100 vehicles total; 10–20 spaces must remain unoccupied for public access
Towing: Any vehicle left past 10 p.m. may be towed at renter’s expense
Policy Statement
The Mesa Park parking lot (100-vehicle capacity) may be rented for approved community, private, or organizational events. The park remains open to the public at all times, with a portion of spaces reserved for public parking.
A parking attendant is required for all rentals to ensure proper use, safety, and compliance with these conditions. Overnight parking or vehicle storage is not permitted. Any vehicle remaining after hours will be towed at the renter’s expense.
Renters must provide insurance, a refundable deposit, and proof of cleanup to maintain eligibility for future rentals.
