PROJECT OVERVIEW
Mesa Park is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the construction of two shade structures and picnic table areas. This project will provide shaded, welcoming spaces for community gatherings, enhancing the park’s amenities for public enjoyment.
SCOPE OF WORK
The selected contractor will be responsible for the following:
Construction of two durable and aesthetically appropriate shade structures.
Installation of picnic tables beneath each shade structure.
Compliance with all applicable building codes, permits, and safety regulations.
Coordination with Mesa Park management on project timeline, materials, and design.
Delivery of a project schedule and cost estimate.
PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS
Interested contractors must submit a proposal including:
Company name, contact details, and relevant project experience.
Description of proposed approach, including materials and design.
Itemized project budget and total cost estimate.
Proposed timeline for project completion.
Proof of licensing, bonding, and insurance.
At least three references from similar completed projects.
SELECTION CRITERIA
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following factors:
Contractor’s experience, qualifications, and past work.
Design quality and functionality of the proposed shade structures.
Cost-effectiveness and adherence to budget.
Ability to complete work within the proposed timeline.
Compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
